Jodi Arias Verdict: What We Have Been Waiting For…

The jury found Jodi Arias GUILTY of FIRST DEGREE MURDER. 5 are for premeditation, 0 for felony murder, and 7 for premeditation AND felony.

Tomorrow begins ANOTHER part of the trial, which is the aggravation phase. Basically, they have to decide whether or not the way she murdered Travis was cruel. If not, she probably won’t face the death penalty.

Personally, I’m happy that the jury agreed with probably the majority of the nation who has been following this trial that Jodi committed first degree murder and a felony.

I honestly have NO IDEA how she could say and I quote: “No jury will convict me. And you can mark my words on that. No jury will convict me.”

Okay. Jodi Arias, let me get this straight… You KILLED Travis Alexander in cold blood not just once, but THREE TIMES. Once, by stabbing him in the heart. Twice, by slitting his throat. And lastly, shooting him in the head. Verbally, you destroyed his reputation by calling him a pedophile and an abusive boyfriend. But HE was cruel to you?

You claimed that you were his “dirty little secret.” Well, everything the American people have seen says otherwise.

You stalked him. How many times did he have to tell you to stay away from him and that “you are the worst thing that has ever happened to,” him? Apparently, it didn’t click in your psychotic head.

And I’m not done yet.

Let us also recall all the times you lied to pretty much everyone. And lying to the jury’s faces didn’t help your case. Even if you told the truth it wouldn’t have helped you. BUT, you can do no wrong right?

Let me sum it up for you:
You are a liar. You are a manipulator. You have been in the spotlight LYING this whole time, MANIPULATING two psychologists who spent WAY too much time with you. And worst of all, you are EVIL. So evil that the Devil wouldn’t let you into Hell even if you had a reserved VIP seat!

I hope you remember the name and the face of Juan Martinez. Why? Because he RIPPED your case apart. And he’s just getting started.

So, everyone following the trial, it continues tomorrow and we will find out what Jodi’s fate will be: Death penalty or life in prison.

I love reading what other people think happened, and I hate that we will never know for sure. This is what I think -She started stabbing him while he was in the shower - He made his way to the sink & began coughing up blood while she continued to stab him -He managed to make his way down the hallway where he collapsed -She slit his throat while he was face down -She drug him back to the shower -She put a bullet in his head for safe measures. UGH I hope she is guilty in the 1st degree.

Me too. A verdict has been reached, so 4:30 eastern standard time we will hear her fate! :)

Jodi Arias Trial: Verdict Watch

Anyone following the Jodi Arias trial? I would love to hear your opinions and what you think happened!

My verdict: guilty of first degree murder, premeditation; death penalty.

What I believe happened: Jodi planned on killing Travis Alexander May 26; the day he texted her and said what he thought of her (she’s evil, he hates her, etc.). She stole the gun from the grandparents’ home and also brought the knife. When she got to his house after getting a different car, dying her hair and turning off her cell phone, she thought ‘maybe I can get him to take me back.’ I believe Travis probably thought ‘maybe if I give her what she wants, she’ll stop being a psycho.’ They have sex. He goes to shower and she takes the knife in with her. She stabs him first, then slits his throat, taking pictures. She has now killed him two times over. But that’s not enough. “If I can’t have you, no one can. If you won’t take me to Cancun, I won’t let you take Mimi.” And so on from Jodi. She shoots him in the head. Dead three times over. She doesn’t clean up the scene well. Why? Because she doesn’t have a story yet. She ditches the gun and knife. She continues to lie to everyone, holding press conferences from jail and acting like a pro. She loves the spotlight! Then, she thinks “I can slander his name and say he was abusive to me. No jury will convict me.” It’s all part of her revenge plot.

Overall opinion of Jodi: she’s a manipulative, psychotic liar that loves the spotlight and think she can do no wrong.

Juan Martinez kicked the defense’s ass in this trial.
